Online Real-Time Database Reporting
  • Johnson Northwest provides "Live" real-time database technology that allows Customers to monitor ongoing service requests as well as archive completed tickets.
  • Automatic email notifications of completed phases on repair orders can be sent to various locations as required.
  • Database search engines allow each customer to retrieve report information as needed and only information that they choose.
  • Through our database Customers can submit a service request online avoiding the need to call or fax necessary information.
  • Our online secure database is customized to fit each customers specific needs for reporting and can be exported into various formats such as excel and PDF.
